Refunds and Returns
Exchanging a K9 Top Coat is as easy as 1, 2, 3. One—call us at 888-833-5959 within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your Exchange Authorization Code**. Two—we will ship your new garment ASAP (free USPS or UPS Ground shipping within the USA). Three—send back the original garment along with the Exchange/Return form provided with your purchase. It is that simple.
We are confident that you will be impressed with our outstanding quality and state of the art designs. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your K9 Top Coat for any reason** within 30 days of receipt for a full refund* (less s/h). The garment must be in clean, resellable condition and accompanied by the Exchange/Returns form provided with your purchase. You must also call our office at 888-833-5959 for your Return Authorization Code before returning your item. In the case of returns received without the Return Authorization Code, you may be charged a restocking fee.
**Garment condition requirements: In order to accept returned/exchanged coats, the garments must be in resellable condition, i.e. free of odor, and fur/hair, and have no tears, patches, stains or blemishes. Garments that do not meet conditions are subject to a restocking fee. Altered and/or customized garments are not returnable or exchangeable.
