Is the Lycra Bodysuit waterproof?

No. The waterproof Bodysuit is completely waterproof. The Lycra garment can be Scotch Guarded to help it repel water, but the material is not waterproof. Though the fur may get damp, the Lycra Bodysuit will keep mud and debris off a dogs body. Many folks choose to use the Lycra Bodysuit as an undergarment or second layer under a slicker.
