Exchanges and Returns
Our goal is to provide superior customer service and an amazing shopping experience for pawrents. If your pup’s suit doesn’t fit properly or you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returned/exchanged bodysuits must be unaltered, undamaged and in new or like new condition with the original packaging. All returned suits must be odor free, have no tears, stains or fur. Bodysuits that don’t meet these requirements are subject to a restocking fee. Some items purchased through special promotions or clearance may be final sale and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer or sale).
We offer three easy return/exchange options:
- Return your pup’s bodysuit for store credit;
- Return your pup’s bodysuit for a full product refund;
- Exchange your pup’s bodysuit for another size/color/style
Our team processes returns and exchanges quickly. Once we receive the returned bodysuit, we can ship out your pup’s new suit or process your product refund. Refunds are credited to your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Need to Process an Exchange or Return?
Before starting the return or exchange process, please try the original suit you ordered on your pup and take photos so we can determine if the next size up or size down will fit him/her better. Please include a side profile photo and any areas you think are too small, don’t fit right, etc.
Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty
All K9 Top Coat products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the garment. If a product fails due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. If damage occurs due to normal or extended wear, an accident, improper care or negligence on the part of the owner, we will offer repair advice and tips to extend the life of the suit.
Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover tears, rips or snags caused to the fabric as these are not considered defects in materials or workmanship unless you received it that way, in which our 30-day return/exchange guarantee above would apply. Our warranty becomes null and voice on ANY suit that is silk screened, heat transferred, embroidered or otherwise altered after purchase.
