USA shipping information:
We work hard to process, pack and ship your pup’s order quickly! Most orders are processed within 24 hours (unless there’s a sizing concern and we’ll reach out to you). We ship via USPS from our warehouse in Fresno, CA and you’ll receive an email automatically with your tracking information once it ships.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Longer processing times can occur during busy seasons. Orders must be received by 12 p.m. PST to be guaranteed to ship out the same business day. Orders received after 12 p.m. PST will be shipped out the next business day.
All USPS shipping options deliver Monday - Saturday. USPS Flat rate shipping arrives within 3-5 business days after ordering (not including Sunday or holidays). Delivery may occur on weekends depending on USPS shipment times. Orders placed by 12 p.m. PST can be guaranteed to ship out the same business day.
We guarantee your order will ship from our offices within the shipping time frame you select, however if there is an unforeseen delay by the carrier due to things like weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we do not issue a refund for the order or shipping cost.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you incorrectly enter your address, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us via live chat so we can update it. If there’s a typo or the address isn’t valid, we’ll shoot you an email to confirm your proper shipping address to ensure your suits are delivered.
International shipping information:
We’re proud to ship our suits worldwide! We ship via USPS and you may experience longer delivery times when ordering from remote areas. All shipping prices are calculated during the checkout process once you input the shipping address.
International orders usually take anywhere from 10-21 business days to reach you depending on the shipping option you select and pending any customs processing delays. Most orders are processed within 48 hours (unless there’s a sizing concern and we’ll reach out to you).
All international orders are subject to passing customs. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. K9 Top Coat is not responsible for delays due to customs. We’re unable to estimate the exact amount of time your order will take to pass through customs and we’re unable to rush an order through customs or find out how far along your order is in the customs process.
