Dear K9 Top Coat: Just a short note to truly thank you for your expertise in canine apparel. Living in the Midwest (Chicagoland Area) we get all the weather.. from 100+ degrees (in the summertime) to…today 3 degrees (wintertime) and that’s the high.. at night the temp. drops to below zero and our two Doberman’s are “inside” house pets, meaning they live with us inside of our home and not in a detached kennel or garage area, so they are used to the temperature being about 72 degrees. We have purchase many canine coats in the past and found that NONE even compare to your “Arctic Fleece” suits. From the quality of fabric, to the perfect fit and the exceptional service we received from you and your company, we are customers for life. Our 2 Dobermans will stay outside for literally hours now playing in the Chicago winter…before they would stand at the back door and scratch to come in….their response to your product proves to us that they are warm and happy and enjoy wearing your garment!
